Preamble
We are honoured to present this first Report of the Thabo Mbeki Foundation (TMF) and the Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute (TMALI). The Report covers the period from the Launch of both organisations in October 2010 to the end of the TMF Financial Year in February 2012 – essentially our Founding Years.
