Preamble
When I said these words almost were inspired by the abiding conviction and knowledge that the great masses of Africa viewed the South Africa that was being born as presenting hope of a better tomorrow for the whole continent. It was a crowning victory to their centuries old struggles to reclaim their humanity and determine their destiny.
